Trading With the Enemy
Trading with the enemy is a real crime with serious consequences. The enemy is any country or group that does something our government doesn't like, and isn't big enough to fight back. The moment a country becomes big enough to fight back, they cease being an enemy and simply become a threat or, in China's case, our number one provider of commercial goods.
